- Having a Ball
I would tell students to get involved. That’s the best way to meet people and to appreciate the campus. I enjoy tennis, and I love USC’s improv group Commedus Interruptus. They’re really, really good. A lot of their alumni have gone on to big gigs.
- Going Global
LA is the most diverse place in America, and it’s good to experience different cultures. I’m taking Portuguese, and I’m planning on studying abroad in Brazil. I’m going in the springtime, so I can go to Carnaval. I hear it’s amazing.
- Hitting the Beach
I really enjoy the beach. I like Santa Monica, because there’s so much going on there. That one has the pier and all the tourists.
- Shopping ‘Til You Drop
I enjoy shopping at the Beverly Center, and I like to go on Robertson Boulevard and check out the little boutiques. When I go to downtown, it’s probably for American Apparel. They have a lot of good clothes for themed parties — Spandex and stuff like that. I like LA fashion. New York fashion is too conservative, but here, I feel like people express themselves and how they’re feeling.
