Steven and Kathryn Sample Renaissance Scholars

USC has created an academic honor that is awarded to select undergraduate students who graduate with a major and a minor (or two majors) in widely separated fields of study. Recipients of this honor are known as Steven and Kathryn Sample Renaissance Scholars.

Discovery Scholars

The Discovery Scholars program recognizes undergraduates who have produced exceptional original scholarship or creative work at USC while compiling a distinguished overall academic record. Students compete for a selected number of annual Discovery Scholar Prizes of $10,000, awarded at graduation for the purpose of post-baccalaureate study.
